Your order will be shipped within 12-14 working days after placing your order (delays are possible during high volume days such as public holidays and new launch days).
Our domestic (PAN India) delivery timeline is 5-6 working days. Deliveries depend upon your shipping location.


Return & Exchanges Policy

No Return No Exchange
Our products are specially curated & customizer according to our customers need. We don't believe in any return & exchange.

Refund Policy

No return on any customize order.  Refund is application only if we wouldn't deliver your order within given time line.


Cancellation Policy

Customer can only cancel their order within 24 hours of order placement.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for custom products/dresses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
